Lucas Niedolistek was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2003. He began his career with the EU Commission (DG Competition) in Brussels and subsequently worked for several leading international firms (Clifford Chance, Freshfields) in Paris and overseas (Beijing, Hong Kong and London). He has also been the Director for Legal and Compliance projects for one of the most important family-owned group of companies in the Middle East.
Lucas Niedolistek founded LNI Avocats in 2015. He offers an in-depth expertise on all business law matters including antitrust, distribution and consumer protection regulations at French and EU levels. He also designs and helps implementing tailored compliance programme for some of his clients.
Based on the needs of his clientele (small and mid-sized companies, start-ups, private individuals), Lucas offers legal advice beyond business law such as: labour, property, criminal and family laws.
Coming from a multicultural background (French, American and Polish), Lucas Niedolistek works in three languages on a daily basis. LNI Avocats has developed a dedicated Polish Desk with a view to address the specific needs of its Polish clientele in France.
Lucas Niedolistek is a member of the APDC, the Association of French Competition Lawyers and the CCIFP, the French-Polish Chamber of Commerce.
